SHIPPING POLICY

We ships worldwide to nearly every country across the global, we employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination fast and securely.We also offer free flat rate shipping on all our products to most destinations.

Order Confirmation

After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.

Processing /Handling TIme

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

We will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 72 hours. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 2-5 business days depending on stock availability. 

Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a ticket to our Support Center for further assistance. Our dedicated CS team will contact you within 24 hours.

Shipping 

We use major international shipping companies to offer free shipping worldwide. If you need a faster/different shipping method (for example DHL, Fedex etc) please contact us.

Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.

Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates. 

SHIPPING METHODS & TIME

In order to provide free shipping worldwide and low prices, we use the below average estimated shipping time frames in conjunction with the manufacturers. It is possible to receive your parcel with faster shipping methods but with extra shipping costs. For more info contact us. Within the time limit of shipment commitment, orders will not be cancelled or refunded under any conditions. This is the shopping rule in our shop. Please observe:

Shipping Restrictions

Please be advised that currently we cannot ship to APO/PFO/DPO addresses and to U.S. Territories. Also some rural regions and addresses may be not be served by the shipping and couriers companies. In that case if you have already be paid for the order but the shipping company cannot deliver, we will full refund you immediately.

Taxes & Import Duties 

Kindly note that all packages are shipped from different warehouses (London, Hong Kong & Athens) based on our available stock. Import taxes may occur depending on your country’s Customs, laws and shipping method. You may check with your local Customs Office for more information. Astron Diamonds™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

Astrondiamonds.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
